Shipping, Return & Refund Policies

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice whenever deemed necessary and, when applicable, to use our discretion for any final decisions regarding issues arising between our two parties.

I. Shipping

 

When will I get my order?

1. The estimated arrival time for the product you order will be shown on the order confirmation. Typical processing and shipping times for most products in normal conditions are as follows:

- Orders that do not include print-on-demand item(s) usually take 7-10 business days to prepare. Standard shipping times for domestic shipments are 7–10 business days, and for international shipments, they are 7–20 business days to reach your destination country from the time the order has a tracking number.

- Print-on-demand item(s) usually take 1-7 business days to process. Orders including personalized items will take an additional 1-3 business days to process. Standard shipping times for domestic shipments are 3–10 business days, and for international shipments, they are 7–20 business days to reach your destination country from the time the order has a tracking number.

2. Final delivery is usually handled by your local postal agency. Actual shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location's postal service.

3. During peak seasons and periods of high demand, carrier services may require an additional 5-10 business days to ship products anywhere.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is d etermined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If the order arrives at your country and:

- The customer refuses to accept the package

- Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

 

II. Return Policy

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All merchandise returned to JOYTOTRIP must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the original packaging is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well protected. The return address will vary based on the product but will be included in the return label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@joytotrip.com  

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
